These gents are standing in front of St Johns Lutheran Church at Sixth and Columbia (see photo in post above) under a Henry Hudson Co. Knights of Pythias banner. At first I thought they were policemen, but it is more than likely the Knights of Pythias since they have their lodge swords in place.
